关于OBKV-client使用问题
你好夏老师，我看到了您《「更易用的OceanBase」| OceanBase TableAPI实践案例（Java）》一文及其Rust版，但在自己试图复现的时候遇到了问题。在curl一步的时候总是返回如下内容：
经查询，【SOP 系列 15】configserver 安装和使用一文中提到了这个问题。
新启动 ob-configserver 或者将 ob-configserver 的存储进行调整（比如最开始存储在 OceanBase 集群上，后面切换存储到原生 MySQL 实例上），需要等 connection_url 里指定的库的 ob_clusters 表里有对应的记录才可以。
可以在 OceanBase 集群内设置 obconfig_url 这个参数后，然后 RS 切主一次， 会触发自动汇报 RS 信息到 configserver。
然而我在完成主动切主后，ob_clusters表依然为空，依然无法获取rootserver list。能否请问你这个问题该如何解决？
