look at adding a gui to see players set attributes, reset all or reset attributes of a single player

something along this lines, tp x -100 moves you along -x 100 nodes, tp y 100 moves you up 100 etc...

/tpha command can be run by judges to request teleport all players to location. suggestion by shurik.
this would be useful for 'grand openings', all player could be asked to come check out new store, park, house. etc... instead of sending a bunch of tphr requests or asking players to /tpr.

Speed originally required fly. This doesn't work in Fozland because everyone can earn fly, but the server can't handle everyone having speed. Its currently tied to teleport, but it would be better as its own privilege. Perhaps a "physics" should be created to allow changing speed as well as the other physics settings jump and gravity.
