• make new README.md which explains this repo
• move current contents of README.md into CONTRIBUTING.md - to explain how students create a case study
• build on existing guidelines - add formatting advice

The founders and coders team are a joy to work with - they put effort into finding the best solution for our problem, adapt in true agile fashion as required, and work with great diligence and transparency, so I, as a product owner, can have confidence in the process and output. In all of the above, their performance outdoes several of the agencies I have worked with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience with Founders & Coders couldn't have been more positive. The team of coders allocated to our project shone with intuition, empathy and responsiveness, helped us focus on what we really needed, and produced something way above our expectations. This application they built is beautifully designed, and has enormous potential for transforming the social experience of volunteering at The Courtauld. We feel immensely privileged to have crossed paths with an organisation with a shared vision of using technology to foster inclusiveness and the democratisation of learning.
