Yeah, I know, it is not the code issue, but book itself but I did not find any other way to communicate the fact (which maybe already known) that some listing images in the second edition so low quality - you can not actually see a thing... please double check and edit the book if possible. good luck!

Hi,
I created a web app in order to show the pizzas stored in the cosmos db instance.
When I open the app in the browser I can only see the Microsoft default page.
After some minutes nothing is shown and I got an "Application Error":

If a clone it locally and started it in my laptop, it works as expected.

How can I debug it?

I open a SSH Session and can confirm that express app is running.

Azure seems to have changed QueueService to QueueServiceClient, so the queue storage example does not run. QueueServiceClient also needs an account_url parameter.

Hello, I am really new with the cloud stuff and I am following the "Learn Azure in Month of Lunches" I am on page 41 and I am stuck. I am stuck on the following instruction "git push azure master"
