As of right now, there is no way to validate whether all listening clients are actually authorized to receive the messages.

This can cause issues in many use-cases, group chats being one of the most obvious. Not everyone should be able to listen in on all conversations just because they have been allowed to connect.

Therefore I will implement a validation function that has to be set when creating a new channel. Those will be called whenever someone tries to register as a listener and may return an error in case they are not permitted to do so.
