Command Coat is an 'ERROR'.

The pathing is /obj/item/clothing/suit/armor/f13/battlecoat/vault

The sprite is an ERROR, it's unknown whether this was out of the recent merge by Keks redoing armors or not!

Shields can't Parry

Reproduction: Riot shield/Legion shield say they can be used to parry when examined, but if you attempt to parry with it in your active hand you are told you have nothing to parry with.

M1911 has no icon

Make Respawning or accepting a ghost role enable DNR.

As of right now, medical staff have no way to identify if a corpse is in a revivable state or not with their HUD's or examines. Triage is a guessing game.

What should occur:
Individuals that use the Respawn verb or accept a ghost role of any kind should mark their body as Do Not Resuscitate before the desired action occurs. This will ensure that medical personnel don't waste time during Triage healing what are effectively corpses. suicide should likewise DNR a person upon its completion, or at the very least prompt the new ghost with a popup window for the verb.

This will mark medical HUD's with a red flatline instead of a pulsing blue EKG icon and will allow medical to, at a glance, perform more effective Triage.

Players with a body that are ghosted but have lost connection with the server should produce the red flatline, but not activate the DNR verb. This red flatline should return to the blue EKG icon when the connection is re-established.

no nuka-cola quantum in-game

the vending machine advertises the nuka-cola quantum but it doesnt seem to exist
its not even in the code, even though quartz is (which is also uncraftable)

Legion Camp Duty spawns outside of NCR base

Reproduction: Spawn as legion camp duty, cry when you appear 30 seconds from the NCR's front door.

EDIT: Upon further research it appears they can spawn at any random wastelander matrix point, but this still includes outside the NCR. Camp duty should spawn inside the camp like everyone else who spawns with a Legion medallion.

Laser Musket is lacking an icon

Reproduction:

  1. Craft a Laser Musket (I was using an advanced workbench and had a Hunting Rifle held in the right hand)
  2. Wonder where the fuck it is before realizing you're holding it
  3. Put it on the floor and look closely at this nonsense
    laser musket

Additional note: It appears on your character sprite (at least, in your character's hands - didn't test the back slot for my own sanity). It also has a sprite when examined (either directly, or examining someone holding it).

Poison arrow cannot be crafted

Armorless Ranger Recon Duster

Bug?: the recon duster doesn't have any armor values ingame, and feels like it isn't offering any protection at all considering what appears to be a bullet proof ballistic vest under the duster itself, lastly you cant add armor plates to it.

Revert portion of #294 for alternate solution

PR #294 solved the combat resting issue in what I feel is an unsatisfactory way for noncombatants and combatants alike. While I do not agree with the laying down to win a fight at all, the current state of things will see bullets hitting people on the ground until they are in critical condition, all but ensuring death without outside medical aid. The perpetrator won't even have to click on the downed person directly, just spam in their direction.

This opens up the possibility for "Just spam them out, lmao" while removing various defensive tactics and the option to surrender a fight.

ISSUE:
People that are resting, but are conscious and NOT in crit(both soft- and hardcrit) will be hit by bullets even if not directly clicked.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
When resting, stunned, shoved, or in any other way rendered horizontal and not vertical the player should drop all items in their hands. This will solve the previous issue with noncombatants and offer a skill-based solution for combatants to recover [needing to pick their gun back up.] When you are down, you are OUT of the fight unless directly targeted.

It's no fun being trapped in a room with an ongoing firefight as-is, but it's even less fun when you can't opt out of it because every entrance and exit is closed and bullets are flying... And oh, look at that. A stray bullet just put you into hard-crit because you're a civilian with no armor and the spam started flying.

Wooden walls are layered under stone slabs, making them nearly invisible.

Corinthian555 tried to delete the slabs, he said it is deleted but somehow still visible?! It's also unbreakable.

Remove the Gatehouses

Description:
The Gatehouses are to be removed from both the NCR and the Legion.

Why this is a good idea:
It would make it easier to fortify the bases as the user wishes to.The gates themselves are barely used and the shutter just make it worse to fight through.The factions could just meme the shutters or meme the gates so it makes it harder to fight.Fortification should be fully custom and not prebuilt in any way.

How this would be implemented:
The Two gatehouses next to the gates would be removed alongside the gate itself.The NCR could just have the fences there as it was before.The Legion could just keep it as it is,with the door opening to the outside alongside a hole where the gate should have been.The door to the outside from the area above the cells could be there.

Beer Button Broken

Smelling Salts Don't Work!

Don't reckon this has been caused by a testmerge! This has been an issue as long as I can remember.

Reproduction:

Smelling salts do not mechanically work, therefore eliminating the Legion's lore-friendly means to revive one of their own, forcing them to take up means which are detrimental to the roleplay.

Prosthetic limb sprites are broken in the character creation menu

Reproduction:

Pick a prosthetic limb. Now, pick another one on the same limb. It will remain the same. Changing your character's body type and/or skin type will change the prosthetic. Adding in another prosthetic will change the first limb to the one picked after the first selection. Etc, etc, this is fucked.

Former tribal getting hallucinations from powder

Reproduction: Currently using healing powder when you have the formal tribal perk still gives you hallucinations, as the increased healing is also tied to the same trait as the trait triggering the hallucinations, I suspect I am not getting the increased healing effect as well. The former tribal perk do appear to be applied to my character as I can't use autolathes.

Butcher knife missing model

Simply put, when loading a server, including our server, you will get "MISSING ICON STATE knife_cleaver FOR /obj/item/kitchen/knife/butcher". The butcher knife is in the game still, but as the error says, we don't have the icon for it anymore. Someone please take a look at it and see how it got borked!

Invisible magazines

Reproduction: PPSH and .44 handgun magazines have no sprite when they are loaded. PPSH might also have no sprite when it's empty, I didn't try to empty the invisible mag

Bus can be walked through

Bus needs to be adjusted for its actual size, right now only 2 rightmost tiles are solid. Also needs to account for the door in the middle that you can close yourself in.

Dual wielding broken

Reproduction: Some pistols can still be dual fired, but others can't. .22 pistol, 9mm Browning, Sig, 10mm pistol, .44 revolver, and others can't be dual fired but some can...like 10mm revolver, .357 revolver, and hunting revolvers still can dual fire. If this is intended, you didn't make the biggest handcannon unable to dual fire but a dinky little .22 is too much for my poor wrists? Probably has to do with what the guns inherit from since that's what fucked up pistols last time.

Smelling Salts are broken, Legion cannot revive anyone

Reproduction:Legion smelling salts are supposed to work as a consumable defib basically, currently they do nothing. It's supposed to give the dead player a prompt to re-enter their body and then be revived like a defib does, instead it gives no prompt and immediately says the person doesn't respond.

Have had to get admins to aheal legion corpses in several rounds because revivable players were made unrevivable, inadvertently putting a massive nerf on the faction.

new oasis layout is not conducive to gameplay

overall consensus amongst oasis townsfolk is that the recent removal of the oasis under ground has negatively impacted it.
it is now much more cramped, has no more player housing, and lacks even basic amenities like showers and sinks to clean up
it also has several bugs, such as the shopkeep missing several key materials

it is in the best interests to revert that change until it can be re-implemented without totally gutting the town
