Continuing Education: How to Be a Minister: practical step by step workshops needed, i.e. death, etc. Elena noted the book “Rites of passage Death” which Rev Koyo had in library. Something to consider for future
Levi going to reach out to Bright Earth folks to discuss their establishment of an order, potential useful experiences to share.

Bob unable to be present- or if so, will be busy with work premiering new film- Elena proposed changing date to Obon, was decided against d/t heat. Discussed making it more like an induction weekend with a few more workshops rather than a grand event with keynote speakers etc. More an opportunity to hang out and get to know each other- the focus is on a cocreation rather than production.

Sorry I still haven't consulted the board about this. I'm still pretty wiped out from the move, so I could use a little help: can someone write up a proposal outlining the reasons behind this and why it should happen? Then I can pass this along to the board. Thanks!

A good first step in transitioning over to using this github repo for our project management might be copy-pasting previous discussions about each thing from Discord to the corresponding Issue here.

This issue is for a broad overview of all the things that need to be done for the brightdawn.org website. It might be a big mess for a while while we're figuring out just what this is and what order to do what in.

What needs to be done?

• Possibly move it to new web host.
• Copy the current theme. (Apparently, the software used to make it is no longer available.)
• Consider converting to Wordpress.
• Figure out the Godaddy interface, how it works, how it's connected to email, Kubose.com, and Microsoft 365. How to give others access.
• Anything to add or remove from the website?
• Test it. What works and what doesn't.
  • Remove Rev Koyo's passing announcement and link to Memorial? Ah, the Memorial link at the top seems to used to be the Newsletter link. Put that back.
  • Put online latest newsletter issues.
  • Does newsletter "subscribe" work?
  • All the videos are missing.
  • Copyright image at bottom of page is broken.
  • Link to brightdawn.blog broken.
  • Link to youtube at bottom of page is broken.
  • Anything else?
