conda-recipes's Issues

Moving pymol-open-source recipe to a common conda channel

Hi, I think your pymol-open-source recipe is the simplest way to install open source PyMOL to date. However, the builds released under https://anaconda.org/tpeulen/pymol-open-source only include version 2.3 for Python 3.7. I assume the reason for this is, that you manually upload releases for versions you need for your purposes.

Would it be possible to contribute the recipe to a more common channel with automatic builds, e.g. conda-forge or bioconda?
I think this way the community could benefit from constantly updated builds. If you would need support for moving the recipe to such a channel I would gladly volunteer.

LabelLib recipe does not correctly incorporate cmake files on linux

The labellib conda recipe seems not to incorporate the cmake files correctly. When labellib is installed via conda and CMake is used to build a dependent library the cmake files FlexLabelConfig.cmake and flexlabel-config.cmakeare not found (see below).

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:113 (find_package):
By not providing "FindFlexLabel.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project
has asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by
"FlexLabel", but CMake did not find one.

Could not find a package configuration file provided by "FlexLabel" with
  any of the following names:

    FlexLabelConfig.cmake
    flexlabel-config.cmake

Add the installation prefix of "FlexLabel" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
"FlexLabel_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If
"FlexLabel" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has
  been installed.
