Bringing more of Fluent design and WinUI controls into Avalonia.

NOTE: Master branch is now focused on v2, which is Avalonia 11.0-preview Compatible. The current stable version is 1.4.4 (see accompanying stable branch for package) Stable package currently targets: Avalonia 0.10.18 & multitargets netstandard2.0;netstandard2.1;net6.0

Be aware, there may be bugs/issues with the Sample App during the preview phases of v2/11.0

Note: Windows 7, 8/8.1 are not supported by FluentAvalonia.
