Need to improve the data export options.

Currently the Data Entry program has an export to Excel. The process works, but is slow. The format of the data should be reviewed to see if it meets the requirements of the department.

It has been suggested that a CSV export with properly quoted String values would be preferable. On testing this process it was noted that the observation time is not correctly exported.

This function could be added to the Admin program to make it easier to extract data when requests are made.

Florian to request from BSS

Florian or bob to write down:

• data missing?
• data corrupted?
• what's missing in data and nfunctionality?

Load all data collected during the southern summer season 2015 (ending April 2015) before sending out new field collection databases May 2015

Find the missing data which were lost during the PR/W2 merger

Simon to write use cases, functional docs for W2

Florian to hand over connection details for openVPN to Simon so Simon can VPN into DPaW's intranet without Bob's laptop running

Improve data entry for end users

Current custodian Bob Prince knows details of W2 sites that are not in the database. Sit with Bob and digitise the 342 sites as polygons, then infer centroid.
