Krobus 14 hearts and other mods events

Hi,
the fishing trawler seems to appear in events like Krobus' 14 hearts event (also in one of Jessies events from the Juliet and Jessie mod) and blocks the sight on what is going on in the water.
Could this be changed?
If I understand the following line correctly it draws the patch only on days when Murphy should appear and when an event is happening (even on days when murphy isn't there...):

if (!FishingTrawler.ShouldMurphyAppear(__instance) && __instance.currentEvent is null)

Shouldn't this be negated (so the trawler doesn't show up in events at all) or at least check for events where the trawler should be shown?
