While trying to address the average block time over time question, my result showed several large elapsed times between blocks. Obviously, the first image shows the result of several queries, so I double-checked that it's not my query that's calculating the large elapsed times.

The below sanity check query shows that there is a gap of several hundred blocks between 16576543 and 16576606 that's not recorded in the table.
