I was scrolling through here and noticed the information regarding internal URIs such as dataPub:/ and sdmc:/. It reads that its use and purpose was unknown but it could "get" the sample flipnotes from the console.
dataPub:/ is used certain files within Flipnote Studio itself. We're not entirely sure what can be reached here except for the sample Flipnotes.
I'm pretty sure this URI is used to access files stored in Flipnote Studio's public.sav save file. The DSi Browser uses a similar dataPrv:/ URI to, among other things, access its filter settings to allow/ban types of URIs and URLs (specifically to ban the use of file:// outside the instruction manual). The browser accesses a file called filter.ini inside its private.sav, and many other standard Opera configuration files are found here too. Because of this, I strongly suspect it could be used to retrieve any Flipnote stored in the System Memory.

When looking through index.ugo for my own flipnote hatena server i noticed the help icon used a built in icon id

117 = Question Mark Icon (Used for the Help button)

what's the status quo on the todo parts of pages?
is there no information about them, nobody willing to do them, or no time to do so?
