Allow for a delete method to delete the csv from the server.
This will allow for an api call to delete from the server

it should allow for you to update and existing csv file.
There is a need to pass in just the headers to create the file and then be able to append the row as necessary.
the mailer call should accept a filename and get it from the local file system and send.

To help with troubleshooting we should log parameter and each request and have it available in the AWS cloudwatchlogs
update readme to detail architecture of server setup.

it should create a csv, and return a filename
right now, I am using tempfile. I don't think that is a good solution anymore as it does not allow for a real id to update/append/delete
create a usable server_template, and export to server_template directory
