Found 2 errors.

Hi Francesco - thank you for this example, even though it is small (or maybe because?) it really helped me understand how to build a SSR app with React on Deno.

I cloned this repo and ran into the following issues:

1. Type hints moved from deno.land/x to Soremwar's github: // @deno-// @deno-types="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Soremwar/deno_types/master/react/v16.13.1/react.d.ts"
   // @deno-types="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Soremwar/deno_types/master/react-dom/v16.13.1/server.d.ts"
2. The Oak version used here contains a bug in its std dependency that block compilation. If you upgrade to latest (6.1.0), the dependency version is also upgraded past the bug.
