Message send to user should contain the pools description as a reminder of what the member voted for. It should also contain the description associated with the emoji reaction.
Example :

The message id, channel id and related stuffs should be saved in the database so that the bot can load it and handle reactions when ready.
Replace the on_loop by a discord.on_reaction_add to handle polls reactions as vote.
