It would be good to see the number of roles in a Set or Variation.

Allow anyone to create variations based on a existing set.

Add information about which roles do not fit together. If someone tries to select both into a team show him a message that warns him.

Lower coupling, especially stamp coupling in passing of sets.

The user has to be able to add multiple normal rules (if he is a fucking noob)

Maybe after clicking on the count, or color the count in the way of unbalance or something like that.

Allow the user to either sort roles after name or after the combined groups. Always show selected ones on top.

When viewing a roles description the user should be able to change the language. Even maybe make it possible to change the whole apps language or at least standard languages in a settings dialog.

Comment roles that should be added.

Add all roles to the german database.

Currently the user is identifed using Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID which is reset if the user gets a new phone. If the user would choose an account, like his google account and the hash is used to identify him he could still access his sets.

1 Vote 5 Stars should be more than 20 Votes 2 Stars but less than 20 Votes and 4 Stars. Need formular for that.

Make possible to search for name, roles and tags (if tags are implemented). Use search string with shortcuts for the words and make button to open input dialog to search detailed.

Allow the creator of a set to delete it. For identification use Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID.

When uploading sets currently they are just locally deleted and may get lost if the download fails. Find some way to change the id of the sets locally to those of the uploaded sets and then just overwrite them when downloading.

Add a tag for non standard role and show in the description dialog.

Add possibility to up and downvote sets.
