Disable functionality if a message was posted
Can you disable sending of a message if the room is already fresh? If people are talking/bots are active, there is no need to send a message. It would be nice if that functionality was disabled in those cases.
Multi-room capability
Currently only one room can be pinged to keep alive, the possibility to keep multiple rooms alive with one instance would be nice.
At best, the bot is in a master-room from where it can be told to join and leave other rooms.
