[Feature] Pagination in SDKs about fern HOT 6 CLOSED

We are implementing this now. @amckinney maybe we can reopen this issue to track?

I had closed the issue since folks weren't asking for it, but we are implementing it now @corbt!

And we should add fern check rules that the pageQueryParam and nextPageResponseProperty are both (1) present, (2) optional, (3) int or string, (4) the same type.
