Printing as an SVG requires fiddlign with print settings to get the scale right. Exporting to a PDF with the correct scale settings would make life easier for the user.

Goal: reduce pointiness.

Pick an angle for the chin (currently trying 10 degrees).

This could help avoid an extra set of measurements.

Also update the "show me the math" diagram.

Make the tunnel for the straps only with the outer fabric.

Make the inner fabric not include the tab.

Fold in the inner fabric and sew the edge neatly.

Update instructions to match.

Each variation should have:

• a name
• a description
• an image of the finished product
• a list of instructions on which steps of sewing to change

Use a larger piece of bias tape.

Sew it into the sandwich at the top.

Press over and stitch the lower edge of the bias tape.

This avoids one extra seam.

Use dashed lines to highlight fold lines in pattern, such as:

• The tab at the ears.
• The nose and chin darts.

Use a fold indicator (arrows pointed at edge) for the front fold of the mask (nose to chin).

Currently, the app requests "Throat to ear bottom (E to F)" measurement, or "The front of your throat to the bottom of your ear." in the instructions.

I believe this could be measured ear-to-ear, with the app using half the inputed value. Measuring the full length avoids guessing the height at which the mask might sit on the throat. It allows the user to feel the difference of mask tautness with an open and closed jaw as they measure a comfortable length.

1" plus seam allowances seems plausible.

This could remove one measurement.

Also update the "show me the math" diagram.
