why not pip it in docker file but in entrypoint?
Is there any reason?

Excellent docker container! Helped a lot.

Can you tell me how I can add users in the entrypoint itself so that I won't have to manually add Users and Passwords from the GUI?

I am aware we can add a default user and password which becomes the admin user. How can we add other users without administration priveleges?

First, thanks for this image, it so much simplifies deployement !
I have a problem though : I have this error when trying to use some functionalities

Please set binary path for PostgreSQL Server from preferences.

It concerns at least those functionalities under the Tools menu :

• Import / export
• maintenance
• backup
• restore

Is there something I'm missing in the docker configuration ?
Shouldnt it be part of the default docker installation ?

Hi, I have just installed and am able to run your docker image however I can't get past the login screen. I have tried both running the container with the default user/pass ([email protected]/admin) and also defining the 'DEFAULT_USER' and 'DEFAULT_PASSWORD' variables.
Any ideas?

I'm having success loading the GUI after using this run command (with and w/o the extra port mapping):
docker run --name local-pgadmin4 -p 5050:5050 -p 5432:5432 -d fenglc/pgadmin4

But, I have PostgreSQL running on bare metal and I'd like to keep it that way. Can I use this with PG running on bare metal? Clue(s)?

I can access my container via :5050 but when I setup a reverse proxy with nginx it breaks as it tries to go to (for example) myhost.com/login since I only have myhost.com/pgadmin forwarded to 5050. How do I set the webroot so that it goes to myhost.com/pgadmin/login etc?

Please could you release a new version with the latest changes because the pip stuff in the docker-entrypoint.sh is not working offline (without internet access)

I'm using a docker container with the current version of postgres (v. 10.3). When I run the restore tool in the pgadmin4 container I have a version problem:

pg_dump: server version: 10.3 (Debian 10.3-1.pgdg90+1); pg_dump version: 9.4.15
pg_dump: aborting because of server version mismatch
