这是给大家准备的算法框架
里面有所有的库文件
大家用终端在目录下用virtualenv初始化一个虚拟环境
然后进入虚拟环境，一键安装依赖就行
我们的baseline暂时先用github交互吧

model用于存放定义的类和函数
data文件夹（自己建），无法上传，我们用QQ传
新增代码的功能可以写在pr里
