make new component for producers and create the navbar component for it

Add continuous integration

Set up Travis or similar, so that it runs the test suite when branches are pushed up to the repo.

We should be able to just use the defaults, and just add a .travis.yml file to our project with:

But we'll have to test it out.

use create-react-app npm package to setup the react environment.
Install tachyons package as well.
