I'm unable to package the project with the plugin enabled.

The plugin was added to <project_name>/Plugins/AnimNode/
for all developers to have access to it. Could this be the reason of the build problem? Or it's because UnrealEd is listed in AnimNodeEditor.Build.cs
?
UPD: It happens on development builds only, shipping has no errors.
Does not mirror correctly for ik_foot and ik_hand bones

I am attempting to compile the plugin for engine version 4.25
this is the first time i have tried to compile a plugin to try to update it.
my programing knowledge is 0, so this is most probably my user error.
here are the errors that are reported to me
