to my torrent downloads. But I don't know how ? Please help somebody.

hi,
 when i download btcache torrent its download very fast also upload to btcache is fast for some torrent. that the reason i created new torrent of my iphone ipa and uploaded it to all torrent cache sites but still my upload speed is normal and there is no btcache client in peer list so how can i upload it?

We buy and download games from STEAM and PS3/PSN.
Specially STEAM, which gives us great offer on original games.

Can BTCACHE help us in downloading faster from their network also ?

I don't see any downlink and installation document, could you please update.   

btCache is eating up my upload, greater than what is set as the maximum upload 
speed.

I am downloading a file using bit torrent 7.0.1, and I am getting snopped by an 
IP 10.254.***.*** which is taking all my upload speed.
Also all other seeds and peers stop's download/upload activity.

Bit torrent 7.0.1. Mac Snow lepord.

now i am not getting the high speeds that i used too get on torrents. i just 
don't find btcache peer anymore.although (very rare) i get high speeds (up to 9 
Mbps)on a certain lib-torrent peer.

at-least post the best settings for u torrent or bitorrent
{using meghbela pacenet(pnpl) broadband}
