Describe the bug
Shop display is unable to change for barter shops

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a barter shop
2. Shift + Right Click sign to change display

Expected behavior
Shop display should at least toggle, perhaps change style as well

Software (please complete the following information):

• Paper
• 1.17.1
• Java 16
• Latest Plugin Version

Problem
Currently, when a shop has its display set to something that has an armour stand, it always faces the same direction, independent of the rotation of the shop

Solution
Make the armour stand face the sign when created

Additional context
It should act similarly to how item frames display

Add another cycle to the shop displays which takes advantage of 1.20's item or block display

Goal
Replace all text-based chat styling with Adventure Text Components

Example

player.sendMessage(ChatColor.RED + "Error!");

Would become

player.sendMessage(Component.text("Error!").color(NamedTextColor.RED));

or similar.

Allow shops to be created on all container blocks, i.e. Barrels, Chests, Hoppers, Shulkers, etc.
