What is the issue / request?

Hello, I just installed this and I can't wait to get it working to help with a plugin I'm creating. I see that you recently added support for the new *.sublime-color-scheme syntax (which is awesome), but unfortunately I can't seem to get it working.

Steps I have taken:

1. I created commands (and key bindings) for the ThemeTweaker filters.

2. Run a filter either from a key binding or command.

3. Filters is successfully applied on *.tmTheme files.

4. But not on *.sublime-color-scheme files. This is what happens:

   1. The new ThemTweaker theme gets created.
   2. The command acts like it runs successfully.
   3. But no filter gets applied.
   4. It fails on both default color schemes (such as Monokai.sublime-color-scheme) and my own custom scheme.

5. The only thing I can see in the console is:

   "ThemeTweaker: Theme has not been tweaked!"

Very nice plugin! I wanted to create this for long time.Though it would be nice to create copies in User/ThemeTweaker only of the themes one actually tweaks, otherwise you can not distinguish if you changed something in a theme or you just opened it and ThemeTweaker made a copy.

This plugin is really cool, but hard to use.
It would be better to integrate it with your ColorSchemeEditor and add buttons and sliders to play with.

Support new .sublime-color-scheme files. Use new API to get colors.

I have trouble getting started. I would like to try this tool, but I can not get started?
What do I have to do to get started?

I start with running: Theme Tweaker: Toggle Tweak Mode

and than what do I do?
