i've installed the ep_markdownify plugin over the develop branch but it doesn't do anything when i write markdown on a pad...

Great plugin, thank you. I was expecting it to work out of the box with the table of contents plugin (https://github.com/JohnMcLear/ep_table_of_contents) and probably the headings plugin (ep_headings) which uses the heading styles in the document to create the TOC, but it seems that Markdownify might not be creating headings that can be picked up by the TOC plugin.

If its a quick fix then it would be great to have it to navigate in long markdown documents. Adding @JohnMcLear
