Sometimes GetSystemPowerStatus returns 255: battery unknown, so read battery info directly from the drivers should partially fix this.

Happens when freshly installed and then everytime i open it.

Describe the bug
When changing monitor layout (either through win + p or by unplugging and replugging a monitor) the toolbar relocates as if its trying to be below an already existing toolbar (if that makes sense)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start up Seelen UI
2. Change monitor layout
3. Toolbar will move down, leaving a toolbar sized gap at the top of the screen

Expected behavior
Toolbar should stay at the very top of the screen when changing monitor layouts

Can't run app after installing from store

i tried downloading and installing the prereleased ver. 9 & 10, both have error when opening the program as below:

and the window tiling is not activated its make the apps unusable so i cant try this software. please help or fix this.

Some apps which are supposed to be hidden from the dock like yasb, still are visible in the dock whereas they are not visible in the taskbar.

After right clicking the dock to add a media module, right clicking again does not allow me to remove media module

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install SeelenUI
2. Right click dock
3. Click "Add Media Module"
4. Right click dock again, it will say "Add Media Module" and clicking does not remove the module

Another thing to note is that after uninstalling and reinstalling, all my preferences are still there, including pinned apps and the media module. I've tried going through and deleting files from SeelenUI elsewhere on my computer (only found one folder in AppData\Roaming called com.seelen.seelen-ui) but the preferences still persist.

Increase icon quality

Actually icon quality is 48x48 that is acceptable but when make it zoom depending of the configurations the icons see a little blurry.
so the solution should be change the method of extraction of icons to get more quality icons.

I have a question, is seelen natively support tiling or we need to install other software like komorebi, glaze and etc. ?
Another things, I have installed seelen and only what works for me is top bar and that is all, can you explain how this software actual is should to works?

actually the dock/taskbar is always showed, so I want to add option to autohide and autohide only when a app is under the dock, inspired in a similar option added in MyDockFinder
