We need to improve the layout of the single page for the employees:

• Picture should be displayed nicely
• Fix links back into the services an employee has listed

For the services, and possibly in other places, we need good (and free) images for illustrations. This is especially valid for the following topics:

• Backend/Software Engineering/System Development
• Visualization
• Data Science/Machine Learning
• High Performance Computing

In the read me there are installation instructions for hugo in linux which I think are obsolete. In my case I got in trouble by installing an old version of Hugo 0.40.1 with sudo apt-get install hugo as instructed in the README. With this installation i could not build the site on my local machine.

The problem could be solved by installing Hugo with brew as indicated on Hugo's website. My current version of Hugo that works with the website is this:
