I have tried multiple times to send my EXP to an exchange. It has not worked on any attempts over last few days. It just lingers without any confirmation.

Usually my wallet shows days or hours since the last block and 0-1 peers. I need help sending these EXP as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for the help.

I tried to send 10 EXP from my contract wallet to another address but it never arrived. Looking at the wallet there's 10 EXP deducted and the amount looks good. Looking at the actual transaction it doesn't seem to include anything.

Is there any way to recover the lost block?

When I click on my transaction and then click on the hash #, it brings me to http://exoanse.tech/explorer/block/[my transaction] which isn't a real website.

I converted some litecoin to ethereum on the expanse wallet. I received an email receipt from shapeshift.io of the transaction. The withdrawal address matches that of my expanse wallet account, but the deposit address does not. I also do not see any funds in the account on my expanse wallet. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Hello !

I did try to send directly from my EXP address to my Coinbase ETH address.

I assumed that if this transaction is not possible the wallet will deny it.

However, the wallet allowed it and predicted 30sec to finish. However, over 1 hour passed and I still have
0 confirmations ?

I suspect that the wallet addresses are in 2 networks and it won't pass?
Do I get my EXP back after specific time passes and transaction don't finish ?

How Do I cash out EXP to USD ?

I upgraded 2 Macs to the latest version of High Sierra 10.13.1 and now I get an error message about not syncing correctly. I also can't send EXP from the wallet.

Help! I am not sure what was in the latest OS X upgrade but it caused some serious problems.

Please tell me what I need to do to make the wallet work again. Both PC are set to automatically sync time from Apple so the time and the time zone's are correct. I have tried turning that feature of auto time sync off and it has had no impact I am still getting the error. I also installed the wallet in a Windows VM on the Mac and it also has the same problems.

On Sept.14th I made two transactions of 400 Expanse and 800 Expanse to purchase TokenLab. The Filter
transaction section shows that both where sent to (0x4F87668E37Bc8beB900Da1E1991805F00cfD3B98)
but I never received the TokenLab.
When I look at the Wallet Contracts, there are three, but they are each just spinning; maybe they were not finalized. Could you please help me resolve the issue. Thanks, Monte West

there are no workarounds- I have tried these on unix also.
You cannot save from one os and restore to another. That should be fixed.

the issue is failing to sync

3 days since ive had the wallet up. 3 days since last block. I can mine ok. yet- theres nobody to sync from repeatedly on occasion, as if there are no UP nodes. In an ecosystem- even on ether- this is dangerous about the health of the coin and it shows serious wallet unresolved issues.
If this is truely p2p then I need 3 nodes online all the time. RasPi, arduino, IDK...random locations. I cant do all the work from a sat dish.

By misatake I've created account on testnet network instead of Main network. I'he mained few tokens this methos, how can I transfer it to Main network account ?

Accounts-->Import Accounts. Had to import by copying into the keystore directory because the wallet disappeared when I dropped the file into the square.

Hope you can help me, I did choose a password to encrypt my wallet. I did copy and paste the password to exclude any mistakes, there was no enter no space between no language change etc... Now I get Error messages that this password isn´t correct when i try to send EXP. There are 1066EXP frozen at the moment. I really hope you can help me, because this is really frustrating me because I think this is 100% not my fault.

Hello! Don't know if this is ok, but it seems that it's not)

I just installed Expanse Mist Wallet yesterday.
I was able to receive Expanse tokens form an exchange and then they were successfully sent to TokenLab.
When I check my balance on the TokenLab page using my Expanse Wallet address, I can see the correct amount of LABs.
The only problem is that I am not able to add a Wallet Contract, because it keeps having the ´Creating´ status for almost 24 h now.
My questions are:

1. Is it necessary to add the wallet contract to be able to send or receive LAB tokens or is there any workaround?
2. Is it possible to send tokenlab coins using only the TOKENLAB page.
3. If it is a known Mist software issue, what are the steps to solve it?

I installed the Wallet from the official site http://www.expanse.tech, after installing the software, I notice that it does not synchronize with the blockchain from the launch it stays on:
"Expanse node needs to sync, please wait, looking for peers.... I have checked well side firewall everything is ok

I click on lauch application after 62h ...

I see: Private-net 0pairs 47 years since the last block.

Except that the extra problem is that I have been sent EXPs on the address of Wallet!

How to synchronize correctly? I have disabled the antivirus and allowed in the fire still no synchronization 😞

Unable to ask for help on the official 404 response website when sending an email! I contacted the founders of Expanse on facebook I received no reply from them.

I'm trying to deposit some exp on my Poloniex account. All is well until the part where I have to put my password for my account. It has one special character, and as soon as I enter that special character, the wallet opens a popup window with an error. Only by typing my password to a .txt file and copy paste it to the password field, it works.

I can live with this, but it's sure is annoying

need your help on following issue:

I installed the wallet Expanse.Wallet-0.8.9-mac.zip.
Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6
For the quick start launched the Testnet version. After generating the EXP address in the wallet sent EXP to it from Criptopia.

After couple of hours when I checked the wallet, I saw that the number of blocks did not changed and it didn't find the peers.

I tried to run the connection using manual commands from this forum, but my Mac does not recognize them. I didn't installed any firewalls as far as I remember.

Finally I switched to mainnetwork. And tried to import testnet account using the keystore from the testnet version.

I downloaded it here:

As a results, the keys are same, but Exp address for receiving in main and testnet are different.

Hello! I send ETH to the Main account (Etherbase) 0x2A6dEc5AE1a52836f2FF1EdF430F46B171077a9b on an Expance Wallet in test network. Is it possible to recover my coins?

I had bought Expanse from Litebit.eu, and i had sent it to my wallet.
