That message message means that sysdvr-client is not receiving all the data sent by the console or the data size received is wrong. This usually can happen a few times and shouldn't be an issue,
If the stream doesn't work it means the USB communication is consistenly disturbed, if that's your case answer the following questions:
Windows version ? 32 or 64 bits ?
Are you running a compatible game ?
I must stress this, are you sure you installed the correct driver on the correct device ? Did you also install the vc redistributable libs ?

Windows 10, 64 bits, yes I’m running a game that can be recorded. I installed lib win32 on the “Nintendo Switch SYSDVR” driver (I think the number is 3006). I don’t know what is exactly vc redistributable libs, I followed a tutorial on youtube and I installed a program called Net Core SDK. Am I wrong in something?

It can be because of the bad quality of the usb wire?

It's all written in the official guide.
Install this and this, it's usually already installed on windows but not always and it's needed for the usb driver.
If that doesn't fix your issue then it could be the usb wire
