Tooltips with tippy.js about tailwindcss-stimulus-components HOT 5 CLOSED

I think I'm just going to skip tooltips. Tippy is easy enough to make Turbolinks compatible.

I saw this after is submitted a PR for really basic inline tooltips or popovers. 🙃

It'd be nice not to have to depend on a third-party library, so I'm all for it. We may have to do some tricks around placement or whatever since things like tippy will help make sure it doesn't go off-screen and stuff, but that can come later.

Reduce dependencies and size.

I'll play around with it to see what needs to be done to ensure there's no funny business with regards to positioning. One downfall of this route vs tippy.js is there are currently no easy ways to add animations to Tailwind.
