retrieving HTMLBody on an Email object is stripping out whitespace and newlines.

This is more an issue with the ET REST API than node-fuel specifically as the error is reproducible with CURL but consider the following:

This works as expected. However, changing the UserId to [email protected] fails silently with a 404. (I've tried substituting the plus sign for %2b and even tried uri: instead of url: to the same end) Further, setting "UserId":"[email protected]" in the jsonObject essentially makes the record inaccessible through the API.

We should be able to access some debugging info, including (but not limited to) details about the current token being used.

It appears that trying to pass the request body in the 'json' option does not work for node-fuel when it does work for the request module. This should be fixed.

When retrieving data from the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. There should be an option/method to request more data (next 2500 rows)

current "request" node-module is using outdated "qs" version with a security vulnerability as described here: https://nodesecurity.io/advisories/qs_dos_memory_exhaustion. Requesting update of "request" version to fix the issue.
