What are we building this installer with?

The launcher should be able to find new versions of itself and update in the background

The launcher should be configurable with SB's install folder and be able to drop a configuration for Grayles mode independent of any steam workshop mods / other profiles

I can make it work, but somebody's gotta make it pretty.

The launcher should be able to make automatic backups of character profiles and shipworlds on a periodic basis, with or without user prompt

The launcher should be able to download the modpack

The launcher should be able to tell when there is a new modpack and prompt the user to download it (or do it automatically?)
