flag with default followed by an opt will cause the opt to be consumed as value of that flag

No solution here. Should warn user in this case to put the flag with default at the end of all opt, if any.

cmdarg string consuming is not yet working for flag with default

supplied values for falgs with default will not be consumed in cmdarg string, which in turns could cause .parseOpt to parse the value again.

warning generated in batch mode
