I've refactored Slider to use Pad (the Slider being a specialization of Pad on a single direction), but now the key events are handled by the Pad.

A Slider needs to increment the value on both ArrowRight and ArrowUp, but right now it only reacts to ArrowRight.

Similar to SliderTooltip, may be that the SliderTooltip can become a specialization of PadTooltip, in the same way Slider is a specialization of Pad?

When operating the keyboard / controls for a Slider or NumericInput, allow the ability for the values to cycle.

Either use React 16.3 Context API (eventually) or look into something like: https://github.com/jamiebuilds/unstated

This Portal component would take a target DOM node and a reference node against which to position itself, making Select lists behave similar to non-portal, but avoiding z-index problems.

In a normal app, you'd frequently have a component (e.g. slider) that works on more than one object at a time. You can have many selected objects, each with a different value, in which case the slider's value should be undefined until the user interacts with the slider.

Similar to PadGrid, but for showing the steps on a Slider.
