Default look back window is 2 weeks. Games page errors out on server side when no games are present in that look back window.

A recent change has seemingly broken the ranking system.

Reproduction steps:

1. Input any number of games for user "Thomas Mckenna (number 2)"
2. Check rankings on "home page"

Expected behavior:
User Thomas Mckenna (number 2) should be #2 in the rankings

Current behavior:
User Thomas Mckenna (number 2) is #8

You can clearly see something is wrong. This is affecting our product and needs to be addressed as quickly as possible.

Rankings can display as a tie even when they are not actually ties. The win percentage should display 3 decimal places in order to convey correct ranking numbers.

The Games pages is supposed to display only the games that are counted in the rolling standings. Currently displays all games. Default should change back to display only the games included in the standings calculations with an option to display all is desired.
