The classic snake game, with some additional features:

• three settings for speed
• optional wall setting
• leaderboards for the top 3 scores for each setting variation
• customizable color themes

Snake is a single page application with a React front-end, Node/Express back-end, and a MongoDB database.

Snake requires Node.js v4+ to run.

Install the dependencies and devDependencies.

Open your terminal and run the following commands from the snake directory.

$ npm install

Open two tabs on your terminal and run the following commands.

First tab:

$ npm run build:watch

Second tab:

$ npm run server:dev

Open your terminal and run the following commands.

$ npm run start
