한가지 의심되는 것은 isort의 profile 옵션에서 black을 제거하면 로컬에서도 동일한 오류가 발생하는데, 그렇다면 액션에서는 black profile이 적용되지 않는 것으로 볼 수도 있을 것 같습니다.
