The app doesn't detect the monitor or macOS does not detect the monitor?

Hi,
yes, cannot detect the monitor from the app and macOS does not detect it too.
Everything was working fine with Yosemiti, I could connect to monitors and HDTVs, but Sierra upgrade screw everyone.

already tried and did not work.
Is Sierra OS that has disabled alternativa monitor sizes for macboook pro
