I'm Argentinean, so this site should show in both Spanish and English languages for me to share with all the people I know, for that we need to make it Multilanguage.

Add a link to the following from the app and from the Readme.md

1. GitHub repo (only from the app)
2. Azure portal
3. GitHub eugenode wiki

This means to:

1. change the hardcoded authentication with one that accesses mongodb as a user store
2. add a registration form
3. create an account controller that handles all registration and login
4. move all the login/logout code into the new account controller
