We are looking for reliable versions of reference documents in Spanish and Portuguese and, if this is not possible, we will use the original versions.

The Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, 1979.
The Geneva Conventions and additional protocols, 1949.
The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, 2011.

The above list was inspired by the suggestions of reading in the subject Human Rights by the General Principles Committee of IEEE Global Initiative.

Research into Human Rights Protocol Considerations - Internet Research Task Force (IRTF)

This document do not have translation to Spanish and Portuguese. And, different from other UN documents, have a much lower priority on translations, because to document itself is for informational porpuses, as state on the first page.

   (IRTF).  The IRTF publishes the results of Internet-related research
