In TDT_preproc.m, lines 58 and 59, rectification occurs after mean signal calculation. Reversing this throws an error, but is the logical thing to do.

In function EMG_plot.m, L 54-56, pre and post data are not overlaid despite using hold on between commands.

This issue is just for documentation purposes in case a similar problem occurs again.

Problem: Variables calculated within a function were changed upon return into the main script.

Solution: The order and number of the variables must be the same between the function call in the script and the header of the function. Otherwise the variables returned will be inaccurate.
