Bad UX. Can't perceive change. There should be a flashy effect to indicate changes.

It'd be nice to be able to make a list of crypto's and only see those.

Hi and thanks for the app, I've just installed it on Fedora but there is no possibility to set Eur instead of USD, no other interaction with the list is possible either, only searching for currencies which will narrow down the list but it's not possible to 'add' a favorite currency to the ist, nor is it possible to chose the exchange, there are no buttons and no menu, also no tob bar integration. If you could expand the features that would be rally nice!

Because rates are not displayed properly.

On macOS (at least), the scroll bar at the bottom that you use to select a primary currency does not work with the scroll wheel. Clicking on it causes the entire menubar app to drag, and the only way I was able to browse through them all was to use the arrow keys.

When i open donut it just opens in a window on ubunutu 17. in the readme gif it shows in a systray menu. how do i enable that?

I've just downloaded this and I can't see the lower-right dropdown for the base currency. I'm using KDE Plasma (X11) on Fedora 25.

Is that on purpose or is it a bug?

When i click in the .exe appears a window for a few second and then is closed, but i can see the icon in the control panel.

I have my windows taskbar attached to the top of my screen but the donut-app does not know that.
It displays the application window at the bottom.

Why program create additional exe files called "explorer.exe" and "taskeng.exe" + need create 3 instances + generate 12% cpu usage ?

As soon as I start the DEB version of Donut, at least one of my CPU cores go 100% and the app is extremely unresponsive. It takes up to 15 seconds for the UI to refresh.
I'm running a Ryzen 5 1600 so I don't think spec is the issue here.

This is a great app for linux, perfect and simple to view prices but i see its not yet stable uses a lot of resources. Also dont see much development on this.
