The right column shows up below the left column, rather than to the side of it. Could be an issue w/ Yahoo Pure, or could be a custom CSS issue.

Empty last rows are (I believe) ignored by data loader, but they're showing up in the error flags. They should be ignored when looping through the file.

Something, like a simple animated .gif or a css loading animation, to show the user that the data are loading. Should trigger on .csv upload & stop when the upload is finished.

Writing every single error to the page is taking many seconds. Would be faster to paginate the errors, maybe at 50 or 100. This might require a separate branch, and possible a lightweight pagination library.

A plot of sample depths, ideally by at least locations, should be added to the PDF summary sheet.

Need a routine to compare entries with the same date, time, location, and parameter to see if one (or more) of them is marked as a replicate (and, if necessary, has a replicate number).

Right now a number of the javascript libraries are local copies. Would be better to use CDNs with specified versions, to keep things up to date & for more efficient loading when deployed on the internet.

IE 9 does not support the HTML5 file api, so the file loader isn't working. There is a shim available: https://github.com/moxiecode/moxie#getting-started; could integrate that in to the code to make it go.

CSV files that are not in the basic EIM format should be detected & the upload should be aborted, without further error checking. A good start (maybe all that is needed) is to check that all of the field headers are in place.

When converting from Excel to .csv, time values are marked as invalid format. Could be related to quotes around the field.

Need a warning to the user that only .csv files will work.

Add summary tables of records with concerns to the export PDF.

When you mouse over a dot on the graph in the summary view, it would help to see details of the row - specifically the site name. Something else as well, maybe - check w/ Brandi.
