When uploading a CSV file using Cp1252 encoding, using the internal queue option, the file wrongly gets imported using I suspect UTF-8.
The Java actions ExecuteInterface_FixedLength_4_1_00.java and ExecuteInterface_Delimited_4_1_00.java both check if UseQueue is true or false. In their else statements, fileEncoding is not used, but a call is made to the Core.getFileDocumentContent function, but the resulting InputStream is never enriched with the proper encoding.
Changing
BufferedReader br = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(fstream));
to
BufferedReader br = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(fstream, fileEncoding));
on line 227 for the FixedLength action and line 236 for the Delimited action, seems to fix the issue.
