If we set the slider for say Luminosity to 50% and then swittch to other shader like magnifier, the magnifier also runs at 50%, now if we again change magnifier to 10% and switch to Luminosity, the screen becomes 10% luminous. This means, settings every shader gets same settings from slider.

Please consider, settings for each shader. Thanks.

As a visual indicator to the active shader in use, please have icons at topbar in place of GLSL text for each shader, for example, (just a hint)

luminosity - a light bulb
magnifying glass for magnifier shader
Negative icon for invertcolors
mousepointer with crosshairs for mousetracker
color flower for pixelColorization

Please add invert colors to gse-shader, that would make reading more fun. Current we have to depend on xcalib -i -a

If we set slider to 0% and switch to luminosity shader, then the screen becomes totally black, We can't see the shadermenu or slider, this becomes problematic, the user can't work or change shader settings again.

Please do not allow less than say 5% luminosity. Thanks.

Would be great to get this extension to work with the latest version of gnome-shell.

cpu usage goes up to 81% and the shell becomes unresponsive, must have to kill gnome-shell and delete the mediafilter.frag file. Please look into the issue with medianFilter on Fedora 23 Xorg.

I think it would be perfect if Redshift worked again under Wayland. Maybe one could write a shader to implement the color shifting?

The "Shader" name itself is not clear to non-techies, "Color effects" or something which describes the term in layman term would be great. Perhaps a tooltip would suffice.

Default - Reset
Luminosity - brightness
InvertColors - Negative
