What information do we have about the raid leadership points?
Eg: mechanics, packets.

Mechanics wise, they stack with group and basically work the same. I'm not sure on the whole mark NPC stuff works with group and raid having them.
Packet wise, its just adds on after the group AA stuff (currently they're listed as unknowns)

Thinking forward, if we get a new client compatibility, SoE has just removed Leadership XP and now auto-grants all the group and raid leadership abilities.
- Leadership AAs have been converted to standard abilities. You no longer need to earn separate leadership experience to obtain these abilities. To learn more about the change, you can press 'L' in-game to view a description of the new functionality.

The new group based abilities are active solo and do not require any kind of group. Not sure about raid based abilities.
