indigo-eln-v.-2.0's Issues

I have Invalide host header problem on chrom browser.

Hellow?

Above of all, I have really tiny knowledge about linux and server and network. So I was nightmare for me, even connect to server by putty.
Anyway, docker-compose setting up container's with reverse proxy, I have invalid host header on browser.
I tried, but I was really hard to solve this problem, because I work in animal reproduction field with biology, so no one have knowlege about computer. And laboratory is near to.......kind of indie...... yeah, it's lack of money to use commercial ELN.

First, I have cafe24, korean hosting company, give me part of large server, VPS. and they give me DNS setting with nameserver. and company give me basic environment like centos 7. but I have to set up firewall to connect it. port 80, 9000 and 8080 was open.
finally I saw invalid host header error, and information from google said, webpack.dev.config.js file in container, related to user interface is related and 'disableHostCheck: true,' Option will work.

But there was trouble, I can't restart webpack dev server in container for apply changes. I tried to restart container, but It wasn't end invalid host header error.

so please tell me

  1. VPS, is it mistake? only web server is enough?
  2. it looks containers are running, and it is only thing left is response from containers. in this case, did I miss something basic one?

thankyou for read this long letter.

Server side missing indigo: Unable to load library '.../libindigo.so': Native library not found in resource path

Hi,
I managed to get the whole bundle up and running using docker compose up. However, I have encountered a problem regarding what seems to be an error on the side of Indigo toolkit: whenever I try to save or import a structure in the Ketcher editor, nothing seems to happen. For example, nothing changes in the reaction scheme window:
image
At the same time, JS browser console and terminal log the same error, here is a link to a gist. It seems that somehow ELN application cannot locate Indigo library.

I've tried tinkering around the code, but I wasn't able to resolve this probem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

BIngoDB installation on Windows shows EOL errors and further errors in installation

  1. for windows the installation is from mvnw and not mvn. documentation does not include this.
  2. All .java files and application.properties files are ending with 'LF'. Downloading files doesn't start due to this error. Once I converted each file EOL to Windows style EOL 'CR LF', the downloading started.
  3. Further error after this happens. The error log is attached.

Cross-Origin Request Blocked

I allready installed, the three modules. Looks everything fine, but the website is empty. I tried run the UI in the same machine and other machine. The problem allways the same:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at http://localhost:8080/api/accounts/account. (Reason: CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing).

Location of package files?

Hi, where are the installation source files version 2.0?

The link on your website takes you here to download them, but there is only installation instruction files, and no packages?

Thanks for your help!

User/password combination not valid

I have successfully compiled the indigoeln.war file and was able to deploy it to Tomcat.
After trying to start IndigoELN through the Java Web Start launch file I get to the user/password panel but none of the combinations set in the postgres database cen.users table is accepted as valid and hence I cannot access the application at all.
Looking at the System Health status all checks are green (i.e. OK) and I am able to access the postgres database using the credentials set in the database.properties file.
I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

Thanks
Michele
